Went to public viewing again...
This was a hard decision, and I hope we are making the right one. A few weeks ago, our babies picture was stolen and used on a hate thread...it was heartbreaking, but I know that our blog has helped so many new parents out there and I would rather know that we are helping with our blog...I still need to figure out how to protect our pics...but just wanted to let you all know we went public again. Thanks for being patient with our process and decision. I will be updating very soon! I have so many pics and new things to share...:)

Glad you felt good about going public again! I need to work on the watermarking and things to protect our pictures as well.
I need to learn the copyright picture idea as well - that seems like a good idea to keep people from stealing pictures and using them in other ways!

I know, I think you went private when I was on vacation. I was trying to figure out how to get a hold of you and get put on.
Did Braedens picture get messed up? And what did they do? I kept hearing about it.

Please share what you learn on keeping pics of the kids private with us. I am so sorry you have to go through this.
I feel the same as you! It is scary, but when you go private... many people stop looking at your blog. I think it means a lot to the people looking for help with their new DS child... like me :)
Oh how I missed that precious face and smile! Glad you're back! The copyright "watermark" is a good idea and simple to do, as well as resizing photos so they're not as useful in smaller form. Those are the easier things to do, without having to manipulate HTML code.
